Colter loves this meal and it is so simple and easy to throw together. Not to mention, one pan meals mean reduced dishes in this no dishwasher household.

INGREDIENTS
- 12 slices of bacon; diced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 5-6 cloves garlic; minced
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 16 oz. spaghetti; uncooked
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Parsley; for serving, if desired
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. You can also use precooked, diced bacon and it turns out just fine.
- Move the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate. Wipe excess grease from the skillet.
- Add olive oil and butter to the skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth, milk, spaghetti, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through and most of the liquid has cooked off
- Stir in the bacon, parmesan, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Top parsley as desired. Serve.
