One Pan Garlic Bacon Ranch Spaghetti

Colter loves this meal and it is so simple and easy to throw together. Not to mention, one pan meals mean reduced dishes in this no dishwasher household.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 slices of bacon; diced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 5-6 cloves garlic; minced
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 16 oz. spaghetti; uncooked
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • Parsley; for serving, if desired

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. You can also use precooked, diced bacon and it turns out just fine.
  2. Move the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate. Wipe excess grease from the skillet.
  3. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, milk, spaghetti, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through and most of the liquid has cooked off
  6. Stir in the bacon, parmesan, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  7. Top parsley as desired. Serve.

Hope you enjoy this easy family meal!
