Cheese Bomb Bread Rolls

I got this recipe from my sister and it’s pretty great. Pairs well with anything complemented by cheese, bread, or butter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Cut cheese sticks into fourths
  3. Flatten biscuits
  4. Wrap two pieces of cheese into each biscuit
  5. Place biscuit balls onto ungreased baking sheet and follow baking directions on biscuit can
  6. While biscuits are baking, melt butter and mix in Italian seasoning and garlic salt
  7. Once biscuits are baked through, use basting brush to spread butter mixture over biscuits
  8. Serve.

While baking, you may find that the cheese leaks out of some of the biscuits. To avoid this, try to seal up the folds of dough around the cheese as tightly as possible.
